Shri Sharad Shelar has been serving as the president of the association since 2014, for more than 12 years. Under his leadership and unwavering dedication towards the association, he always strives to make a positive impact and continue to grow and succeed.

He diligently works to ensure that each member receives their rightful dues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a strong commitment to transparency and organizational integrity. His meticulous approach helps maintain trust and harmony within the group, ensuring that financial matters are managed accurately and without delay, fostering a positive and professional environment for all association members.

He started his career as a dress man and worked with leading filmmakers, gaining invaluable experience and establishing a strong reputation in the industry. His early beginnings in costume management allowed him to develop a keen eye for detail and to build a successful career.

Mr. Stanley D’souza General Secretary

Specializing in getups and prosthetics, a highly specialized skill set that combines artistic creativity with technical precision, makes him a valuable asset in film, theater, and special effects makeup. This specialization demonstrates his versatility and dedication to pushing the boundaries of makeup artistry.

Member of the association since 1996, General Secretary from 2014, he is a thorough administrator whom members trust for his exceptional administrative skills. His thoroughness, organization, and ability to handle responsibilities efficiently make him a reliable and respected figure within the organization.

With 50 years of extensive experience as a makeup artist, working as a personal makeup artist to superstar Nana Patekarji for the past 25 years highlights Jeevan Dada’s dedication, trustworthiness, and exceptional talent in the industry. This long-term association with a renowned personality reflects his ability to create versatile, flawless looks suited to evolving style and needs while maintaining professionalism.

Mr. Aniruddha Sawant Vice President

Extensive experience and skill as makeup artist for the past 30 years, with specialization in female makeup, mastering various techniques and styles tailored to different skin types, and facial features. Currently working in the Telugu industry with upcoming stars, this diverse experience across different industry segments highlights his versatility and skill sets.

Showcasing his extensive experience and expertise in the entertainment industry as a makeup artist for the past 30 years, collaborating with renowned production houses such as Rajshri Productions, Prakash Jha Productions, Tips, and Sajid Nadiadwala Productions.

Mr. Prashant Sadare Joint Secretary

Renowned for his impeccable dress sense, having been a master in men’s attire for the past 39 years, especially in the art of traditional pagdi and dhoti wrapping, showcasing his deep-rooted cultural expertise and mastery in traditional dressing.

Mr. Rajkishor Singh Joint Secretary

Impressive portfolio as a personal makeup artist, having worked with notable personalities like Dharam Ji, Vatsal Sheth, Omkar Kapoor, Bhuvan Bam, Raima Sen, Riya Sen, Neha, and Neetu Chandra. Terms & Conditions

Every Application for admission to membership shall be decided by the Ex-committee who shall have the right to reject the Application by 2/3 majority. The rejection of any application for membership shall have no bar for the applicant making another Application for admission after 12 months from the date of rejection, no member will be allowed to change the Department once they are enrolled in the Trade profession as per the Application form.

No member of the Association shall be entitled to receive the benefits that the Association may decide to give to its members unless he/she has been a member for at least 24 months and has-paid all contributions.

A member of the Association who is in arrears with his/her subscription or dues shall not be entitled to any benefits until all the areas have been paid and a period of two months has elapsed from the date of payments of such arrears.

Should be members of the Association go on strike without the sanction of or approval of the Managing committee, they shall not be entitled to any benefits whose so ever.

HE/ SHE should agree & abide by the rules & sub-rules that may form by the Association from time to time.

The Member or their registered nominee is eligible for the specified benefits only if the Annual Subscription Fee of the membership has been paid up until the current year.

Individuals who apply for the membership card after the age of 35 will not qualify for any benefits provided under the FAMILY RELIEF FUND.”
