Family Relief Fund

The Family Relief Fund Scheme covers either retirement of the member whenever the member decides to retire after the age of 65 or death cover, where the benefit is passed on to the registered nominee of the member after his/her death.

This retirement coveris aimed to provideits members with financial security and stability after the age of 65 afterthey decide to retire from active service. The scheme encourages members to plan ahead for their future, ensuring they have resources to meet their needs after their retirement years.

If the member has not availed the retirement benefit, the registered nominee of the member will be eligible for the death cover after the death of the member. This benefitprovides financial support to the registered nominee of the member who have passed away.The Association always stands in support of its members families, honoring their contribution to the film industry and ensuring their memory and legacy are respectfully maintained.

The Family Relief Fund Scheme offers its members the ability to avail themselves of one benefit, either retirement cover or death cover.

* Note:The Member or their registered nominee is eligible for the specified benefits only if the Annual Subscription Fee of the membership has been paid up until the current year.

Individuals who apply for the membership card after the age of 35 will not qualify for any benefits provided under the FAMILY RELIEF FUND.”

Terms & Conditions

Every Application for admission to membership shall be decided by the Ex-committee who shall have the right to reject the Application by 2/3 majority. The rejection of any application for membership shall have no bar for the applicant making another Application for admission after 12 months from the date of rejection, no member will be allowed to change the Department once they are enrolled in the Trade profession as per the Application form.

No member of the Association shall be entitled to receive the benefits that the Association may decide to give to its members unless he/she has been a member for at least 24 months and has-paid all contributions.

A member of the Association who is in arrears with his/her subscription or dues shall not be entitled to any benefits until all the areas have been paid and a period of two months has elapsed from the date of payments of such arrears.

Should be members of the Association go on strike without the sanction of or approval of the Managing committee, they shall not be entitled to any benefits whose so ever.

HE/ SHE should agree & abide by the rules & sub-rules that may form by the Association from time to time.
